Question How to use my phone as a CPU

I know how to use my phone as a Hotspot. That is not what I am asking.
I have an android Samsung Galaxy s20 ultra
I would like to connect it to a hub where I can use it as the CPU and connect a mouse, keyboard, and Monitor to the hub.
I had it working when I mirrored it, but I couldn't get the keyboard to work. So I thought it was the monitor.
But then that hub went to hell, so I bought a different Hub

I think the "PC like" program for Samsung is called DeX. You should be able to connect to keyboard/mouse via bluetooth and or the USB connection. IME going with bluetooth only adds latency to the equation.
