Open msconfig (in run menu) and search for "Windows Audio" and "Windows Audio Endpoint Builder." If the services are not starting when the computer starts, please check those.

If not, go into services.msc in the run menu and look for "Windows Audio" and "Windows Audio Endpoint Builder." Attempt to start those services.

If you may have disabled your sound device, look into the BIOS. Also, you can windows search (sound) to access the playback/recording devices and check if your device is disabled by Windows.
