How to use Virtual Hard Disk to install Windows?

Neither me. All there are, are about creating one or installing in the VHD. I appreciate spending your time looking for it.
However, I got one here http://superuser.com/questions/609899/how-to-make-a-virtual-usb-drive-in-windows , not so sure about it though as I didn't understand it properly. It is strange that HDD's are incompatible to execute such operation other than USB drive only.

Its how the installer is written. Easily over 90% of users of the home and pro versions wouldn't want to install using anything other than DVD or USB, I know the enterprise version would have the ability to install over a network and probably from other drives.

*Forgot to tell, the installation is from VHD.

I installed VMware over a network, it was virtual system though. Idk, probably a software engineer [?] could change or re-write the commands, except for Microsoft-windows.

Anyways, thank you very much for your reply. I appreciate it.
