[SOLVED] How to use windows speaker properties?

I have Audio Technicas ATH MH30x. Rated at 15-20,000 Hz. They are studio Quality headphones or thats as it is advertised.

What do i put in these headphones in the headphones advanced properties in windows. here are the options.

16bit 44100(CD)
16bit 48000(CD)
16bit 96000 (CD)
16bit 192000(Studio)
24bit 44100 (studio)
24bit 48000 (Studio)
24bit 96000 (studio)
24bit 192000 (studio)

you could start with studio at 48000 and see then raise up to the other and use the one thar give you better sound .
