How to view all processes in Windows 10 Task Manager?

I have 100% CPU usage by something on my computer. Whatever it is, that task is hidden and there is no way to view it. Is there a "View processes for all users" option like there is on windows 7? Thank you.

Disable all notifications. This can cause 100% cpu and / or 100% disk usage
