Hi,

I got Power DVD installed in my laptop. DVD movies play fine in my laptop.
How can I watch it on TV? Is it the same as doing a power point presentation
on a projector?

I connected the laptop to the TV (S Video) played the DVD on my laptop and
pressed , Fn F5. I can't get the movie to be displayed on TV. Is there
something else I need to do?

Please help. My system is XP Pro (SP 1), with Nvidia GeForce2 Go.
Thank you.

Hi Daphne,

You might want to check the video card settings in the Display Properties.
There should be some thing related to the video driver for Advanced Settings.
You may need to change the Primary Display to TV for the times you want to
use your TV. Then change it back to LCD afterwards. I hope this helps.

Do you have a dvd player hooked to your tv? On my tv, when i use s video, I
have to go into the setup menu on the tv and change to s video in the
'channel' menu. Have to do this to watch any DVD. Just a thought...
