For the sake of this guide I'm going to write it from the offensive teams point of view, if you are playing this game mode as the defensive team, stop them from doing everything and that's how you win this game mode.
Step 1) Capture objective A.
The first objective to capture is closer to your spawn point than the enemies, this makes it easier to take, but you have a limited amount of time to do so. Just remember, once you've killed someone on their team it is going to take them a bit to run back to the point. If you can get a good team push and wipe against the enemy, you will almost certainly take the objective before they can get back.
Step 2) Capture objective B.
Once the first objective is taken a second will become available to take. This objective is going to be much closer to the enemies spawn point, so you will have to strike it decisively in order to be able to take it before they respawn and get back on it.
Step 3) Approach from different angles and go in as a group.
A lack of grouping up is usually what causes a loss at this point in the match. People will trickle in one by one into the objective and get slaughtered by the entire enemy team. Communicate, tell your team to form up on you, and go in with a full group of six or don't go at all. This is the most important aspect of taking a victory in an assault match.
Remember, at the start of the match the defense team will have a pretty good amount of time to set themselves up around the point, or to defend a choke point. If you run into them at a choke point you are going to be in trouble. Find a way around it and focus on the objective, not on killing the enemy team. If they aren't set up right on the objective, make them pay for it by getting behind them and on it. Even if it doesn't succeed, it should pull them away from the choke point to give your team more avenues of approach to take them apart.
