[SOLVED] How to wipe a drive completely

I have a hard drive and SSD that I just installed and I want to completely wipe my hard drive and wipe ssd and have a completely new windows by using a flash drive instead of automatically installing it. My SSD is smaller than HDD so I cant migrate all data to the ssd. I've been looking for awhile and cannot find a single video or guide on how to wipe a drive completely including operating system. The reason I want to do this is so I cant set my boot drive to my ssd. I have both hard drive and ssd with windows 10 so when I try and boot to the ssd instead of the hard drive I have none of my files or anything there. Anyone know how to wipe both drives?

Thank you for the help, turns out my drive was completely empty right after so I looked up a video and made a simple volume and now I'm all good!
