How to wipe an SSD?/ How to replace Ubuntu with windows (without windows recovery CD)?

I recently built my new computer and did not have access to windows at the time, so, I downloaded Ubuntu 14.04. How Could I wipe the SSD I am using or how could I get rid of ubuntu and install windows 8.1?I have windows 8.1 ISO on a flash drive. A lot of the guides I have looked at have been confusing. Thank you.

Is the ISO on your flash drive bootable, or did you just drag the windows .ISO file over onto the flash drive?

If it is bootable, boot to it! It will walk you through the Windows installation, and will give you an option to reformat/delete partitions on your SSD before Windows gets installed. Keep in mind you will need a product key to install Windows 8.1.
