I would like to clear my SSD because its pretty full but i dont want to have to install windows again because i have lost my license key.

Follow this guide on recovering the product key if you want to have it written down.

To clear the SSD you could always turn on the computer and delete files/programs on it.

Thanks for the response is there an easy way to clear all the files quickly?

You can't.
Just deleting/Uninstalling all that other stuff WILL leave remnants behind.

Discover your license key, and do a full wipe and reinstall. Belarc Advisor can almost certainly dig out the license key for your current Win 7.

And, you should really really consider moving to Win 10. Win 7 has only 41 days of support left.
