there's a macro.bin file in my desktop which i cant remove. it reappears evry time i reboot my system even if i delete it.
it looks kinda annoying cuz i like my desktop to look clean.
MY PC Specs:
processor: i5-9400f

Unfortunately, there are loads of different applications that create .bin files so troubleshooting what keeps creating that file isn't so straightforward. However, can you remember when this file first started appearing? If you can then head over to Settings -> Apps -> Installed apps. Next, sort the entries by "Installed date" then see if you can see anything that coincides with the onset of this issue.

Let me know if you discover anything.

Have you right clicked it and looked at properties?

it should show you the path the shortcut is linked to, might show what it was created by

tried running malwarebytes or Defender?

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

It doesn’t delete anything, it just stops non Microsoft programs running with start. Easy to reverse.

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
