How Update Bios if its not allowed: cd - usb hdd - 2 hdd?

Hi i need to update bios but when i choose the option "Start easy flash" on bios it says that didnt support cd rom, usb hdd or secondary hdd.

How can i update bios without this 3 options?

You update the BIOS by following the exact steps outlined.

The manufacturer website almost certainly has the steps outlined somewhere. Find that, and do exactly what it says.

Seeing as you've not let us know what motherboard it is, that makes giving any specific information rather difficult.

My hard drive is new so i dont have operating system yet and thats why i want to update bios because the last version of bios solve an issue that right now installation of an operation system freeze and dont let me install...

I would try a USB flash drive instead of a USB HDD
