how upgrade bluetooth 4.0 to 4.1 on smartphone

Highly unlikely that your phones wifi/BT chipset is removable / upgradable.

before upgrade you need to turn on Bluetooth, click on the Bluetooth settings.
On the home screen, click on the settings, go to applications click on the 'ALL' tab.
Click on the "Bluetooth".

Normally the wireless radio is part of the SOC. If the hardware itself only supports 4.0 you can't do anything to change it.
