[SOLVED] How urgently do I need to replace my HDD's and what do you suggest?

I ran Crystal Disk Info and got these results. I read that it seems I need to get a new HDD or SSD before my current HDD dies and I lose all my stuff. Can I get suggestions for an SSD i can move my C: drive, my OS onto.

I can't post the screenshots cause apparently i'm linking a scam...

On my C: drive it is a WDC WD5000AAKX-60U6AA0 500.1 GB
it reads: Current pending sector count 79
Uncorrectable pending count 69

On my F: drive it is a WDC WD10EZEX-60M2NA0 1000.2 GB
it reads: Current pending sector count 3
Uncorrectable pending count 3

Also how bad is my F: drive? How urgent is it in need of a replacement?

back it up immediately. set up routine backups, and then replace it when it fails, and restore the data.

It's been a year later and the bad sector counts haven't changed and the drive still functions fine
