How well are H81 Motherboard for 4th gen i5 processor!

As the title suggest, i am planning to buy a core i5 4440 processor and a cheap motherboard, but the cheapest i can find out are H81 Motherboards
Soon i will buy a GTX 750 ti and i will only try to overclock the GPU as the processor is just fine!
Will everything go fine for me?

H81 motherboards are fine! They just miss out some features like extra SATA ports, overclocking etc compared to Z97. There's no problems with using H81 motherboards providing they offer all the features you need (like enough USB 3.0). As long as the i5 is on the CPU compatible list it will work ok.

If your still looking for a board I would recommend either the ASUS H81M-PLUS or a equivalent Gigabyte.
