[SOLVED] How well balanced is my build?

I am a first time PC builder, looking to get the best value for dollar spent. I'll be using the computer for gaming/streaming/editing (streaming goal is 1080 60 for some reasonably demanding games). As I am new to PC building, I don't want to bite off more than I can chew, which is why I won't be overclocking right away, but definitely something to be considered for the future.

A few notes: I decided to stick with the stock cooler since I'm not overclocking. I also decided went with the ROG Strix for both the MOBO and the GPU because I figured it would be easier to configure (tell me if I'm wrong). I gotta say I love RGB, however I'm definitely more concerned with performance cost, less on aesthetics. I will also likely be adding a second M.2 SSD in the future.

Where can I dial back or do I need to beef it up? Is this a reasonable/cost effective build for what I need? Any tips will help out significantly. Thanks!

Don't get that 1070. They've become drastically overpriced. Here's a ton better setup for $4

Thanks for the help! I definitely had the most trouble with the GPU.
