The Nvidia 8400gs graphics card is very poor indeed.
The card was made in about 2006.
Ten years old, and was considered the very low end of the 800 series of nvidia graphics cards even in 2006.
You would be luck if you got ten frames per second out of it with league of Legends.
And the amount of memory on the card as it stands will not be enough to play the game anyway.
If you use google you can always find what the game requires you to have as a graphics card in your system to play the game, starting from the lowest model of card it will work with up to a high end graphics card costing a few hundred dollars or pounds.
If the card is a Pci-e based graphics card I suggest you take a look at what the game needs you to have graphics card wise in order to run the game.
And then see if you can pick one up from ebay second hand at a reasonable price by bidding on it.
