How well can I run CS:GO

Hi i have an old Inspiron 560 with

Pentium dual core - e5400
4 gb of RAM
Windows 7 64 bit
500gb HDD
300w PSU

I am planning on buying a: XFX ATI Radeon HD6670 1GB DDR3. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004Z5GRW6/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza
I was wondering what settings I could run cs:go on and how much fps I would get.Thanks!

I'm not positive if that CPU is strong enough to handle CS:GO, also I recommend you get at least 8 GB of RAM, and If you think about getting more games, I recommend you buy a bigger storage device as 500 GB isn't quite enough. Try using PcPartPicker, you can pick out the required parts and the website will automatically check for compatibility issues, and also gives you discount codes.

Thanks for the input, on the requirements page for CS:GO my ram and cpu are actually both higher than the "recommended" section. Also I am literally just playing cs go, no other games!
