How well can I run GTA 5?

I was planning on buying GTA 5 this month, but I am a little concerned about my computer, as it has pretty low specs for pc gaming these days. I know that I can run it, but I was wondering how well exactly. I would really hope to run in my native resolution (1440 x 900) with the lowest settings. Thanks!

Specs:

Intel i5-2520M dual core (with 2 virtual cores) running games at 3.2 GHz

AMD Radeon Firepro M5950 1gb vram

16gb ram

I'm not looking to upgrade. Will this run at least 30 fps with my native resolution? if not how will it run in a lower resolution.?

Res and settings dont make as much difference as you think because the game engine remains the same. I dont think you'd get a smooth 30fps no. Just my opinion.
