How well can I run GTA V and Rainbow Six Siege?

I'm going to be getting and installing a Athlon X4 860K, and a GTX 1050 Ti (Gigabyte WindForce Edition). I know that should meet the minimum requirements and I'm not expecting to play on high/ultra whatever. I was thinking more medium, low. Can I play them and achieve at least 30fps? I feel like I should be able to on Low, but I would like to know what you guys think it would be like on Medium.

You can probably achieve 60fps or more on low 1080p. Its not an Ultra game rig, but its not a weak rig either.

OK thanks. I know it's not the best or the worst. I use game-debate.com and it said I meet the requirements so I came here to get an idea of settings frames. Thanks for your help
