ram 16 gb kingston hyperx beast ddr3 2400

amd radeon hd7950 3gb

corsair 550w vs series vs-550 power supply



how well can i run fallout 4 with these specs?

The game isn't out yet. So we don't really know. But you definitely will be able to play it.
If I had to take a guess, at least on medium settings.

I have a 7950 add 16 gigs as well. But putting in an MSI R9 390 on Wednesday.

High-end processor, twice the current mainstream amount of ram and not-so-old high-end graphics card.

My guess will be 60 fps at 1080p with:
High texture quality (or one level below the highest setting)
Very high/Ultra for all other settings
FXAA on
MSAA off
