How well can my PC run these games?

Hello, this is my first thread here! And I was wondering about something, I've bought a new computer, and it's being shipped right now, I'll have it in 1-3 days. And I'm wondering if I could play the following games on maxed out settings, and aproximately how much FPS will I have?

Games:
Skyrim
Far Cry 3
Crysis 2

My Spec:
PSU: Corsair CX 500W PSU BULK ATX 12V V2.3, 80 Plus
CPU: Intel® Core i7-2700K
MOBO: MSI B75MA-P45
GPU: Gainward GeForce GTX 660Ti 2GB PhysX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 8GB (2x4gb)
SSD: Intel® SSD 520 Series 120GB 2.5" SATA 6 Gb/s (SATA3.0), 550MB/500MB/s read/write

I do realize the motherboard is quite bad. And I've heard others say that this MOBO wont allow me to OC in BIOS, is there an alternate way to OC my system without using BIOS? Or is this risky?

If BIOS doesn't allow OCing, it means you cannot OC. After all, BIOS is above windows.

You should be able to max out or near max out all said games.

yes as Sunius says, if your BIOS can't support it then you can't do it, period.
it's something that is in the chip and circuit-board design and cannot be changed.

Hmm, is the a bad motherboard in any way capable of reducing my gaming performance? Other than it won't allow me to OC?
Is it in any way a vital component that I require a good MOBO to play the high-end games?

No, nothing of that sorts. Of course, you won't be able to have many hard drives, get a second graphics card or connect many USB 3.0 devices, but all in all, it will not hinder your gaming performance in any way.

make shure you update the GPU drivers every 3 month or so and yes you can play any game on UHG 1920X1080. old games maybe not.
