how well could I run planet side 2

Hi right now my PC specs are:
Windows 7 64bit
4gb ddr3 ram
Intel core 2 duo e7500 @2.93ghz
1gb gddr5 r7 240 over clocked edition
320gb 7200rpm HDD

How many frames would I get on 720p medium to low settings

Also I plan on upgrading to a intel core 2 quad q6600 @2.4ghz and to 8gb of ram how much of an imrprovment would this be.
