How well is this 640 dollar build?

How well would this build be able to play in modern games on medium to highish settings? Can it run in 1080 resolution? Also, if it can run in 1080 resolution, if I lower it to 720 resolution, would it run even faster? OR at least boost up the fps a little? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1dK0s

Yes that will run 1080p smoothly on high settings in almost any game, and also yes if you go down to 720p your fps will increase but you wouldn't need to do that with this system because you've chosen a pretty nice graphics card

I'd spend the extra $20 and get a 760, as it's substantially better than the 7870 XT. Other than that, great build!
