Hi I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to computers anyway this is what I can tell you right now about my pc. I can give more details when I get home.

Recommended (targeting 60fps on Medium settings):
Operating system: Windows Vista/7/ 8/10 64-bit (latest Service Pack)
Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Phenom II X3, 2.8 GHz
Video: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 or ATI Radeon HD 7950
Memory: 2 GB VRAM, 6 GB System RAM
Storage: 7200 RPM with 5 GB available HD space

What I have:

Dell optiplex 760 mt
Processor core2 quad q8400 2.66 ghz (socket lga775)

Graphics card: (just ordered an apparently lightly used one off amazon for $91
Evga Gtx 750ti sc

Memory ram 4GB (2 x 2gb) DDR2 + G.Skill rip jaws series 4GB (2 x 2gb) DDR3 SDRAM 1600
8gb total .. ( can I use 4GB DDR2 and 4GB DDR3? )

So how well will I be able to run overwatch? I am hoping for at least 60 fps on medium settings but if I can for s little more money get to medium-high with 60 fps I would be happy.

EVGA psu 430w

So with the information you see here what would you think is limiting me the most?
The graphics card I just got or my processor? If so what upgrade do you suggest for the best bang for my buck for performance. The most I'd want to spend would be like $50 so that $140 video card or $50 for a processor perhaps I can sell my current processor to make some $$ if that would help.

As you can see I'm on a budget. I rescued this pic from my father and I'm not much of a gamer anymore, but overwatch peaks my interest.

Thanks!

Edit: would it then be cost effective and a good way upgrade to help gaming performance by upgrading my motherboard so I could use DDR3 ram and still use my processor? So get a board with a 775 lga socket.

I don't think it's going to go well. Your CPU is well below the recommended and I have never seen someone try to mix DDR2 and DDR3 RAM together like that. People don't even recommend mixing different models of RAM together, let alone different DDR versions.

The GPU is fine but I think you are going to need a new CPU and motherboard and a matched kit of 8GB DDR3 RAM to make it a decent gaming PC.
