Those were Core 2 Duo era...
not brilliantly at any of the things you described. You'd be better off picking up almost any i5 desktop system from the last few years.

You'd probably want a 4-core i5 for video editiing (that is 2). So, start at least at an i5-2400/2500. I'd also recommend at least 8 gigs of RAM, and a computer with a larger profile case if you'd like to add a graphics card as well. Usually integrated Intel HD graphics are mostly useless for gaming (TF2 will run ok, but anything more graphically intense).
