How Well Will Battlefield 3 Run On These Specs?

How well will the following setup run Battlefield 3? I'm okay with low-medium settings at 1280x720 as long as it stays constantly above 30 FPS, even during heavy scenes (with vehicles and explosions).

AMD Athlon II X4 630 @ 2.80 GHz
EVGA GT 240 512 MB GDDR5 @ 610/1540/2020
6 GB RAM @ 533 MHz
300W PSU

I'm able to run BFBC2 at around 50 FPS average at medium settings.

I'm using a HP p6310y, by the way.

It can handle BF3 fine on medium settings @ 720p.(And yes it'll be over 30 fps most of the time)
