(How Well) Will My PC Stream?

I'm building my first gaming PC and was just wondering how (or if) it could handle streaming on Twitch at 1080p60. I'm new to the whole idea of streaming so any input is much appreciated.

CPU: i7-8700 OR i7-8700K + be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC2
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650W G3 80+ Gold
MOBO: ASRock Z370 Taichi
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB (2x8) 3200mHz

Any thoughts?

it should handle it pretty well.of course, your gaming experience will be better without obs running the background, but the fps should be still fairly decent.

easily as long as you dont go crazy on the bitrate, on anyting cpu bound you will run into trouble though

Ryzen 2700X at the very least.

A Core i9-7900X optimally
