How well will the AMD Radeon HD 8760D handle games such as Minecraft and MW3?

Hey I was just wondering how well this computer would handle Minecraft on maxed graphics and mw3 on medium graphics at 720P Also I am wondering what kind of frame rates I might expect for both games. Even a rough estimate would help.

at 720p expect to get around 50-60 fps.....but do remember to turn msaa and stuff like that to low

for mw3 you will get about 50-60 fps (at the most)

for minecraft expect fps to be about 70-80
