How well will this PC perform?

Hey there, I was thinking on upgrading my PC this Christmas, the specs would be as followed:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.9GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
GPU: MSI GTX680 PE OC 2GB
PSU: Alpine 700W PSU with 120mm Quiet Fan
CPU Cooler: Spire VOYAGER PWM
HDD: Seagate Barracuda Desktop 6Gb/s 2TB + 320GB Western Digital Scorpio Blue 3Gb/s 5400RPM
Case: Aerocool X-Predator X1 Devil Red Gaming Case
Keyboard: Mad Catz S.T.R.I.K.E.3 Gaming Keyboard - Red
Mouse: Corsair Raptor LM3 Gaming Mouse
Headset: Razer Kraken Pro Gaming Headset Black
The reason I added the peripherals is because I intend to use this build for gaming. Would the cooling be sufficient? Would this perform well in games? (Arma, Batman, Battlefield 4). Thanks in advance, lewis188.

Well I'm decided on the peripherals, so my budget would be around: £420, however, I own most of the inner components, the CPU, HDDs, Cooling and RAM.

I intend to play intensive games such as Battlefield 4 and ARMA 3.

Unfortunately, DxDiag doesn't tell us much. Could you fill out the areas with question marks? What I need the most are the motherboard and PSU model #s. You can use CPUZ to find the model of your motherboard, you'll need to physically look at your PSU to find the model # on the sticker on the side.
