How well would this Laptop run CS:GO?

My friend is looking for a laptop with a maximum budget of $500 that can be used for school but he also wants to play csgo at a high frame-rate, even if the graphics settings have to be at lowest. I found this on the Best Buy website and I think it would run the game great.

It is more or less crap especially since it is $500 for a refurbished laptop.

Although it is not listed anywhere that Lenovo G50 laptop has an AMD A8-6410 APU. It is a low end quad core APU that at best is probably equal to an Intel 3rd generation Ivy Bridge Core i3 CPU if all 4 cores can be used by a game or program. The integrated Radeon R5 (Beema) graphic core is a bit less powerful than the Intel HD 4000; also in an Intel Ivy Bridge CPU.

The following Asus laptop with a Core i5-4210u and integrated Intel HD 4400 for $400 (new) will provide much better performance. See linked video of CSGO on a laptop with a Core i5-4200u and Intel HD 4400.

If your friend can bump his budget to $523 (with shipping but excludes possible taxes) he can get the following Acer laptop with a 5th generation i5-5200u CPU, 1920x1080 resolution screen (not the best quality) and a nVidia 940m. The 940m is not considered a "gaming GPU", but it is a massive improvement to the Intel HD 4400; not to mention the weaker Radeon R5 (Beema).
