How well would this rig run Battlefield 3 (Ultra?)

I probably sound like a right n00b asking this but this is going to be my first rig and my mates who do have a gaming PC or laptop say that buying SLI GTX 760 wont beat a single GTX Titan even though most people say it will. I have only been into PC gaming for like 5 months and I'm finally getting a rig and I want to make sure that I'm getting optimal performance in every game I play on Ultra settings with AA on.

I do already know alot about hardware and PC gaming but I have no experience with an SLI PC and this will be my first rig but not to say I haven't played on my friends rigs 'n' shit. But I just want to know, would I get Ultra performance with AA?

Have a look at this, the only single GPU which has absolutely no problems beating SLI 760s would be the 780 Ti

Overall in games the Titan and SLI 760s perform fairly close
