How well would this run these games?

The games I'm looking to play are Rome II Total war + dlc, Fallout 4, Sims 4, League of Legends, Spore, and Shogun II total war. If any of these games may have trouble to run please let me know.

With that setup you can run everything except fallout on max no problem.

the 280x is a pretty powerful card which will be able to run all the mentioned games in 1080p without a problem.
