How will games run on my new rig?

I've just finished ordering parts for my new rig and would like some input from you.

Motherboard: Asus Z97-A
CPU: i7 4790K
GPU: Asus Strix GeForce GTX 970 4GB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400Mhz 16GB
OS: Windows 8.1

Now, how good can I expect to run new games, such as The Witcher 3, GTA V and the like?

Also, what's your input on the parts I've picked? Do you think it will run okay?

You will be able to play all games at 1080p on high to maxed settings with great FPS. Also, it's a good thing to get input before you buy the parts. That way, you won't have to go through to fuss of returning components.

I've checked myself to see if everything would be compatible by reading through forums and asking in one of the norwegian forums I sometimes frequent, but I recently started browsing this forum, and its users seem much more qualified, so I just thought I'd get some post-purchase input aswell
