Hi, I am going to build my first PC soon, and I am a bit anxious on installing the OS.

My motherboard has 2 USB 2.0 ports. I am planning to use them for my keyboard and mouse... My OS is coming in a USB drive, which means I will need a USB port. Since I need drivers for USB 3.0, I will have to use USB 2.0 for my OS. But I will not have any available USB 2.0 ports for my OS since my keyboard and mouse are using it. What should I do?

"So I can install Windows 10 Home from a USB drive by using a USB 3.0 port" Yes

You can create a bootable usb drive that can be used to install windows. You can have the Windows media creation tool do it or use that to download the .iso and use a different program(rufus for example) to create a bootable usb drive using that iso

You just can't install windows onto a usb drive.

Ohhh!! This means I can install Windows 10 on USB 3.0? I'm beginning to realize how dumb I was. I thought when people said Windows 10 had native USB 3.0 support, I would not need drivers after installing Windows 10. lol

So I can install Windows 10 Home from a USB drive by using a USB 3.0 port, but I, myself, can't put Windows 10 Home into a USB drive, right? Sorry if I'm not getting this!
