how will i know if my mother board will fit in my case

i wanna make a PC, but this is the first one i'll make. i just don't know if the mother board will fit. i plan on getting the Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P and the case will be a Rosewill BLACKHAWK - Gaming ATX Mid Tower. thanks.

Like Ubrales said look for the size reference (ITX, uATX, ATX) most cases will list what sizes they support in the description

Dude, the ATX sizes are standard. If the case says it will fit a mATX and ANY mATX Mob will fit. Now if u gonna add a big-a** GPU to it, OK you gotta take that info consideration also.
