how will my build peform

hey i was wondering what would my PC run in terms of games i have an i5 650 and plan on getting an r9 270 and i was wondering what would it perform like and if you could give me any other recommendations i can stretch my budget but about $100 AUD but i found the r9 270 on eBay for $115 so around $180 max for a gpu

I have the R9 270 (not the 270x) and can play BF1 with no problem without lag or stutter. However, I am also playing STEEP which gives me low frame rates about 30-40fps and feels a bit choppy when on the piste or wingsuiting down a mountain side.
I have an i5 6600 which is not the problem, so I am considering upgrading my R9 270 early next year but the dollar/euro to pound currency exchange rate has made all kit 20% higher prices in the last 2 months in the UK.
