How will my PC compare to the PS4 and Xbox One?
I want to play games such as GTA5 on high/ultra settings

Mainboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme6/ac
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K (without OC)
RAM: 1x8GB DDR3 1600MHz
GPU: GeForce GTX 770 2GB
HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB SATA3
ODD: ASUS 5,25" DVD
PSU: 600W ( 46A @ 12V)

well, it is far more powerful than either console...but it wont run console games. But most of the games I play get released on both (console and pc) so...

EDIT: it is kind of hard to compare consoles to pc's, as they are for different things. Generally though, pc are going to be far more powerful.

Yah def better than the consoles, however if GTA 5 really comes to PC, and is as bad of port as 4 was, machines higher end then your may struggle.

Only 1 one RAM card, because I'm going to buy 3x8GB cards on summer holidays, so I will have 32GB (4x8GB)

Only 1 one RAM card, because I'm going to buy 3x8GB cards on summer holidays, so I will have 32GB (4x8GB)

I would think 16GB on two sticks would be plenty. Why so much RAM? For gaming, 16GB is just starting to be better than 8GB. No difference moving from 16GB to 32GB. Only needed if you do rendering or other heavy duty uses.
