How will my ram work with this motherboard?

This is the motherboard I want to get:

Although, I have 4x2GB DDR3 2400pin RAM sticks. I see that their are 2 blue and 2 black RAM sockets. I am only powering a single graphics card, so will putting all 4 sticks only give me 4GB's of ram into my computer? Or will all 8 register?

Hi there,
The 2 blue and 2 black are dual channel memory, so you can either use 2 stick at one time... in slot 1 and 3 or all four in all slots, and yes it will register all ram placed into the slots

sorry, but i'm still quite confused. If I place a 2gb stick of RAM into all 4 slots(2 blue. 2 black) then my computer will receive 8gb of ram on my computer? or am I limited to either blue or black to power my single card?

Your DRAM itself has little to do with your GPU, it may 'share' some memory with it, but that's all
