Looks to me like a good build only things i would change would be the CPU Coooler and GPU Brand
Cpu Cooler: Maybe an Corsair H60 since you plan on overclocking they are really cheap i have one personaly its great!
Gpu: This is just aesthic this Asus 1060 would match your case better imo but other than its great

As you mentioned I should change the cpu cooler, is there any air coolers that would work better, rather than getting a liquid cooler? (I am not familiar at all with liquid cooling and would rather stick with air) If not, does liquid cooling need to be maintained? I have seen videos where people said the liquid needed to be replaced after a few months. Will the cooler eventually become slower after time? And I agree on your idea for the GPU, it definitely matches the white case better.
