How will this pc perform against ps4 ??

hello i hhave weird question and if anybody can answer i will be glad can my upgraded pc perform better than a ps4
my pc specs are
1. intel core i3 2120@3.3 ghz
2. Sapphire Dual X R9 270 2gb ddr5 OC
3.Dual channel ddr3 1333 mhz two 4 gb total 8 gb ddr3 ram twinmos
4.Asus P8 H61 MLX 3 r2.0
5. Thermaltake Litepower 550w psu
5 Samsung 1 tb hdd

it should get 1920x1080p on most games with well over 30fps

ps4 only gets 1920x1080p on 1 game and at best 30fps on all games. so the PC is "better" but from my experience console is "better", easier friend interactions and everyone is on the same playing field(on pc who ever has the best components has the best chances of winning). what games you want to play is also important . but that from my experiences on both console and pc

Depends on if its a bad quality port like watchdogs on most well ported PC it will be better quality/ more fps on the pc

Plain answer. In terms of hardware your machine is better than the PS4. I will not get into the ease of use and optimization, level playing field ect debate, so hardware only your machine wins. Everything else is down to debate.

r9 270 is better than a hd 7870 ghz edition and little bit slower than 7950 so is my gpu beat a ps4 gpu in terms of gaming
