How would I be able to fix graphics card issue in my Razer Blade 18 - QHD+ 240 Hz - GeForce RTX 4090 - Black laptop?
I got this laptop beginning of March 2023, mid March (after warranty) I started having issues where the computer would freeze and the sound would stutter/stop... sometimes I would get the blue screen with error

Stop Code: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

only happens when playing games from any platform (steam, epic, EA app etc.) videos from YouTube, netflix, hulu etc. work fine as they are displayed on the integrated intel graphics but anything going from Nvidi has issues and sometimes when I hard power off (from holding the power button) and turn the computer back on the Nvidia GTX 4090 card does not even show as active and has error issue with did not load properly or something like that, and some games that dont require a more intense graphics card work on the intl graphics without issue

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers for Nvidia, had all correct settings and even tried a complete wipe of the files to factory reset and still have issues, I do not want to pay a lot for repair but what can/should I do in this instance?

Where are you getting the Nvidia drivers?

Are you certain that the source website is truly Nvidia? Just because "Nvidia" or "Razer Blade 18" etc., appears in the pathname/URL does not mean that the website is truly Nvidia.

If the laptop does boot look in Reliability History/Monitor for other error codes, warnings, or even informational events that may be being captured just before or at the time of the BSODs.

You can also use Event Viewer - not as user friendly as Reliability History/Monitor.

To help with Event Viewer:

How To - How to use Windows 10 Event Viewer | Tom's Hardware Forum (tomshardware.com)

Objective simply being to find a few more clues with respect to the laptop's problem(s).
