How would I connect a ps4 and a xb1 to two separate tvs across the room

Ok i have a tv and a computer monitor in my room, and im trying to connect my ps4 and xb1 to screens. I won't be playing both at the same time but i use the monitor for when im playing the game and the tv for Netflix. How would i do this.
