How would I connect my analog CRT monitors to a digital source such as my pc or cable box?

I recently found a pair of Sanyo vm 4209s and I was wondering what I would need to do to connect them to a digital source? They have UHF PL259 connectors. Please help.

That's RF (Radio Frequency) monitor, practically a TV set with one channel. You have to know which frequency it works on and than get an DVI/HMI or whatever your device uses to convert to that frequency.
