if i install windows 10 on an ssd and nothing else and i wanted to build a new pc would i just move the ssd and i wouldnt have to go into the bios? would it just boot up?

You would want to wait until you build the new PC to install Windows; or perform a clean install after you build the new PC. While taking a drive that already has Windows on it and putting it in a system with different components may seem to work, it usually leads to problems related to driver issues.
