How would I go about Installing Windows 10 this way?

I just purchased a Samsung 850 Evo(500gb) which is going to replace my current OS Drive (2X WD Raptors Raid 0(500gb)(sata0/1). Currently I also have a Samsung 850 pro(256GB)(sata2). So right now my raptors are for my OS(Windows 10 Home x64) and other programs and my 850 pro is strictly for games.

My end goal is this;

Samsung 850 EVO as the OS/programs drive (sata0)
Samsung 850 Pro as my game install drive. (sata1)
WD Raptors will be a backup storage drive (sata2/3)

How would i do this?

If I go ahead and install windows 10 on the 850 Evo, won't there be an issue between the new os on the Evo and the old OS on the raptors?

I want to keep all data on the raptors but I want to do a clean install on the 850 EVO as well without interference between the old os drive and the new. not sure if this is possible.. I am hoping the new windows 10 install makes a windows.old on the raptor drives. Should I switch around the sata ports?

I already have a windows 10 x64 USB boot drive ready to go.

I strongly suggest you find somewhere else for that stuff, outside of that RAID 0.
They would need to be reinstalled anyway, with the new OS on the SSD.
Do a clean install of windows on the ssd you want to install windows on. Unplug the other hdds when you install windows. Connect them after

After you reinstall windows. Quick format the WD hdd

You cant format and kept everything on the WD hdd. It's either one or the other

Not a good idea having a 3 hdds connected at the same time when you install windows.l You can have probs after, if you leave the other 2 connected

right now? A lot of programs such as pc monitoring software, ccleaner, steam app files, chrome, overclock software for cpu/gpu. lots of backup files for save games and configs, etc. I should have mentioned that I would remove the raid 0 array after installing the evo ssd. What is so bad about my situation other than the raid 0 as storage which is already going to be fixed.

The way i see it is that my windows and other programs would boot from the evo which is fast, but not as fast as the pro. The 850 pro would be for gaming like it is now which is working really well so far. The raptors would be for miscellaneous storage since they are slow compared to the other two.
