How would I install drivers off a USB

Hello forum users,

I am building a computer in a couple of days, and the build I am following doesnt have a disk drive. I am transferring the files on the CD Drivers over on a usb drive, in which I will install the drivers from. So I insert the USB drive into the designated computer, and then I open the USB up. But there's just files on the USB, how would I INSTALL the drivers on to the PC? Would I just transfer all the files on the USB drive to the PC?

Install OS first and than you can install drivers for whatever is needed. Even better, once you install OS look at manufacturer's sites for newest drivers for every part.
Which OS ? Windows ? All windows since Vista would have enough drivers to finish installation.
