How Would I Know, If Im at peak of PSU Power?

So I want to record right, but I have 2 HDD's One for my OS(Software etc) then another for my Games, now I have a spare one. Im Hoping that game performance may be a little better, and video output will be better with the 3rd HDD. But...

I dont know if my PSU can keep up with my Systems Power Requirements, at the moment I Have

Intel I5 4460 3.2Ghz
4Gb DDR3 1600Mhz Ram & 2Gb DDR3 1333Mhz
Sapphire R7 265 (Dual Fan)
80Gb HDD(OS Drive), 500Gb HDD(Games Drive)
and 4 Case Fans... Oh + My Disc Drive

Know My PSU is the 500w OCZ >> http:// <<

Do you think it could Power another 320Gb HDD?
