How would I know what internet speed I'm getting from my ISP?

My internet coming into my computer is relatively slow (I download a lot of games); I get about 30 down using my Cat6a cable, it doesn't have the speed of the cable printed on it. I want to improve my internet speed but I don't know if 30 Mbps is the speed I'm getting from Comcast or if it's the speed of the cable; How would I know what speed I'm getting from my ISP?

what speed are you paying for?

and looking at the sync speed in your router config page should tell you what the speed is compared to downloading since downloading relies on the site you are downloading from sending it fast enough

What router config page? My modem speed is 1 Gigabit and my router is 1900 Mbps

Ethernet Cables don't work in 30 mb/s.

A Cat6a Ethernet Cable can do:
-10 Mb/s
-100 Mb/s
-1 Gb/s
-10 Gb/s

I have Comcast as well, and from my package, I generally get ~25-30 down via a directly connected link. Over wifi, I get ~18-25

I went to my internet connection in Windows and clicked status and it said it's 216 Mbps

i work 216Mbs out at around 27MBs download speed so if my maths is right you are bang on target

No, speedtest.net runs in Mbps; also, while downloading games I get 3.5 MBs which is 30 Mbps.
