how would i mount this waterblock

i found this water block on amazon and i dont know how it would mount im new to water cooling

it comes with a bracket that goes through the mobo that you use to mount it to the cpu

I don't see any mounting hardware with that/socket compatibility. Maybe this is meant for custom mounting?
